1 (14-oz) can condensed milk

2½ cups rolled oats (not instant)

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup mixed seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)

1 cup natural unsalted peanuts



  1.  Preheat oven to 250 degrees.  Oil a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
  2. Warm condensed milk in a large pan.  Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients together.  Add to the warmed condensed milk, using a rubber spatula to fold and distribute.
  3. Spread the mixture in the pan and press down with a spatula or your hands to make the surface even.  Bake for 1 hour, remove, and after about 15 minutes cut into 4 across and 4 down, to make 16 chunky bars.  Let cool completely before serving.
