This is a recipe I created myself with things I love. Then I started seeing versions of it cropping up everywhere. But I promise this is my own invention!!

Ingredients

  • 2 mangos, peeled and diced

  • ½ yellow onion, diced

  • 2 avocados, diced

  • handful of cilantro (it really depends on how much you like cilantro – you could also easily leave it out)

  • 2 cans of black beans, drained

  • ½ tsp. paprika

  • 2 tsp. garlic salt

  • ½ tsp. chili powder

  • juice of 2-3 limes

Directions

Combine all ingredients, stir well, and enjoy with some blue corn chips!!
