This is a recipe I created myself with things I love. Then I started seeing versions of it cropping up everywhere. But I promise this is my own invention!!
Ingredients
2 mangos, peeled and diced
½ yellow onion, diced
2 avocados, diced
handful of cilantro (it really depends on how much you like cilantro – you could also easily leave it out)
2 cans of black beans, drained
½ tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic salt
½ tsp. chili powder
juice of 2-3 limes
Directions
Combine all ingredients, stir well, and enjoy with some blue corn chips!!
